What does ILC believe?
The Independence Law Center is a public-interest civil rights law firm affiliated with the Pennsylvania Family Institute, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization funded through tax-deductible contributions that works to preserve religious liberty, promote marriage and the family, protect human life, and improve education and policy for our clients. We are here to assist and represent individuals, private entities, as well as government entities through legal advice, legal representation, and testimony before legislative bodies.
What does the Pennsylvania Family Institute believe?
Family starts with a healthy marriage between one man and one woman, who raise their children in an intentional and loving home. Not only does this align with God’s design for sexuality and family, but studies have proven time and again that they are key to a flourishing culture and society.

PFI’s Family Choice Scholarship Program has helped hundreds of families across the Commonwealth send their children to private, Christian schools and pre-schools, where the children receive excellent schooling and their family’s values are reinforced and encouraged.
What does this mean for Warwick?
Both the ILC and the PFI aim to create public school policies that are rooted in Christian beliefs, often discriminating against groups of students and their families.
